The Jersey Shore Police Athletic League, under the direction of former National PAL Treasurer and board member Catherine Dwyer, was created to give the children from the Jersey Shore an opportunity to engage in social, educational and recreational activities of their choice. A major PAL goal is to provide the youth of our community with positive alternatives under competent supervision and excellent role models. As a member chapter of the National PAL organization we want children from surrounding communities to have a safe environment within a structured after school program, or when school is not in session.
The Jersey Shore PAL opens its doors to the residents of the Jersey Shore with an offering of a recreational and educational facility that is state of the art. The host site is “Good Sports USA” located in Wall Township, a facility that features 80,000 square feet of indoor recreational activities, concessions, a 3 room school house with a computer lab, and an arts and crafts classroom.
The Jersey Shore PAL programs and services will allow families and their children of the Jersey Shore Community an array of programs to choose from within the PAL network.
- PAL After School Recreation
- PAL After School: Clubs/ Activities
- PAL ALL Day
- Youth Leadership Program (YLP)
- Science on Patrol
- PAL Zumba for adults

The Jersey Shore Police Athletic League’s mission is to establish and provide our community children and their families the opportunity to participate in both educational and recreational activities in a clean, safe, positive environment.
